Casa Primera Villa Hot Spring Resorts is located at Purok 7 Daang Pag-Ibig St. Nayong Maharlika Village, Pansol 4027 Calamba, Laguna. If you are using private vehicle you can use Waze just enter Casa Primera Hot Spring Resorts or just click here. For commuters please see instructions below.
- Ride HM or DLTB bus going to Sta.Cruz Laguna (Search in google maps for the location of HM/DLTB bus terminal).
- Ask the bus conductor to drop you in Iglesia Ni Cristo Church Pansol (left side of the road) right after Southwinds Resort.
- First street on your left look for Casa Primera Hot Spring Resorts signages.
- Ride DLTB or Jac Liner bus going to Sta.Cruz Laguna.

- Get a taxi or book a Grab going to Buendia Terminal Makati City.

Casa Primera Resort Policies
- Each of our Private Resorts has its own exclusive villa, pool and amenities. You will not be sharing the villa with anyone.
- Whichever package you choose, you will still get exclusive use of the entire villa and we will just lock the other rooms. No sharing with other groups.
- For the number of pax, we count both adults and kids alike, except for children 5 years old and below.
- We also count everyone that goes into the resort regardless of whether they are staying overnight or not.
- Villa 1 = can accommodate up to 25 pax | extra pax surcharge of Php 500/head
- Villa 2 = can accommodate up to 35 pax | extra pax surcharge of Php 500/head
- Villa 3 = can accommodate up to 45 pax | extra pax surcharge of Php 500/head
- Villa 4 = can accommodate up to 40 pax | extra pax surcharge of Php 500/head
- If you go over the maximum capacity of the Villa, the overcapacity penalty charge is Php 5,000 on top of the extra pax surcharges for every exceeding person over your package inclusion. Our maximum capacity policy is strictly implemented for safety and security reasons. We hope you understand.
- Casa Primera gives a 20% discount to Senior Citizens or Persons with Disability. Discount shall only apply on the pro-rated share of the package rate of the entitled person. The discount will be deducted in the Resort upon arrival and presentation of the required Philippine-Issued Senior Citizen’s or Person with Disability Identification Card. Senior and PWD discount cannot be availed in conjunction with any of our on-going promos or discounts.
- Casa Primera Villa Hot Spring Resorts in Laguna does not charge any corkage fee for bringing your own food and drinks, or delivery of food trays except if you bring in a professional caterer with tables and chairs setup (we charge Php 1,500 catering corkage fee for additional use of our facilities).
- Our resort does not have a restaurant where you can order food. However, there are several restaurants and convenience stores located just outside the resort. You can just ask our friendly resort staff for contact numbers or directions.
- We do not provide dining utensils, so please bring your own plates, cups, spoons, forks, knives and table napkins.
- We do not provide toiletries so please bring these items too.
- We only provide towels and blankets good for the total number of pax in your package, so please bring extra blankets if needed.
- Additional charges may be incurred for weddings, debuts, baptisms, reunions, anniversaries, team building activities, and other parties that require additional event setup over and above our included amenities. Below are corresponding fees for some usual items:
- Professional Lights & Sounds, Live Bands, and the like: Php 5,000 (by approval based on electrical load capacity).
- We do not charge any corkage fee for bringing your own food and drinks, or delivery of food trays, except if you hire a professional caterer with tables and chairs setup: Php 1,500 catering corkage fee.
- Mobile Bar, Food Carts, Photo Booth, Backdrops etc.: Php 1,000 per supplier.
- Projectors, Mini Component/Sound System, and other small appliances & electronics: Php 1,000 per item.
- Note that Casa Primera Villa Hot Spring Resorts does not supply any of the above-mentioned items, but we charge for the additional use of our facilities, electricity, and water, over and above the regular amenities that we provide. - If guests are bringing a family pet during their stay, there will be a Php 2,500 pet surcharge (for up to 3 small dogs only) to cover our costs of extra cleaning. Pets are only allowed in the open areas of the villa (dining hall, garden, hallways, etc.) and the ground floor rooms only. Pets must be in diapers at all times when inside the resort premises. Kindly note that they are not allowed to swim in the pool. Penalty for breaking the pet policy is an additional deep-cleaning fee of Php 2,500.
